By far the best decision we made throughout our journey with planning our wedding was to hire Diana as our wedding planner. From the very beginning of sitting down with Diana to give her our vision for our big day, we knew we had made the right decision. Her guidance, advice, and help gave us the opportunity to have the wedding of our DREAMS!!
During our engagement leading up to the wedding, Diana was pregnant, gave birth to her sweet baby, and still went ABOVE and BEYOND for us in every way! She was extremely professional and there for us no matter what. She was with us at all our vendor meetings, asking great questions and making sure everything was getting done accordingly. There were many times she’d ask questions that I hadn’t even thought of as a bride but she already knew the answers to and had solutions! She not only had plan A but plans B & C ready if anything went wrong!! She was always a text or phone call away for ANYTHING that was needed and was so so sooo passionate and loving about her job. She was always 10 steps ahead of everything. Here’s just one example: The day before our wedding, our coffee cart vendor espresso machines broke, and instead of telling me right away and me freaking out (let’s be real it’s the day before the wedding so CHAOS!!) instead, she called me explaining the situation, and she already found a solution and a new vendor for our coffee cart with better options than the initial one and saved us money, A DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING! It was ALL TAKEN CARE OF! She was ABSOLUTELY the best decision about our whole wedding planning process. On top of helping plan our whole wedding and helping find all the vendors, she was our day-of coordinator as well. I had so much confidence going into our big day that if anything went wrong, she would have it taken care of. Her attention to all the details and her kind soul truly shined! Our special day truly was the best day ever because of her. If you are thinking about hiring her for any party/ event services, DO IT!!! You will NOT be disappointed, but so happy that you did! Thank you Diana for bringing all your gifts, talents, and enthusiasm to help plan our special day, we were extremely blessed by you!

I am so grateful I had Diana as my Day of Wedding Coordinator.
Upon first meeting at a local coffee shop, she was very friendly, professional and took the time to get to know us and our wedding vision. She had a spreadsheet of questions that quite frankly my now husband and I had not even thought about! Luckily she addressed everything we needed and didn’t know we needed.
The day before my wedding so many things happened that is a brides worse nightmare. For example, my rentals showed up incomplete and the linens I did receive were all creased!! I was promised they would be ironed by the rental company. I was calling Diana late the night before my wedding and she was so calm and reassured me she would take care of it and if they wouldn’t fix it, her and her husband would bring their ironing boards and iron them out as much as possible.
Sadly it came down to that and wow, I am incredibly grateful for her and her husband being so hands on while she was around 8 months pregnant! We ended up needing her for more hours than initially contracted and she was 100% devoted and offered help without a doubt.
She also took it upon herself to get us flower petals for guests to toss down the aisle. It was lovely.
My wedding went so smoothly. I was completely stress free because I trusted Diana would take care of everything. Everyone that attended has been talking about my wedding and how fun and smooth everything went til this day.
I highly recommend Diana for all future brides or people needing to plan an event!

I would 120% recommend hiring Diana for your big day! I definitely did not regret it! She took care of everything I needed plus other things I didn’t even think about! Prior to the wedding we had a couple of meetings and she made sure I had everything I needed. She contacted all my vendors to go over the wedding details and that helped me because I didn’t have to stress about it the week of. There were small things I would remember that slipped my mind and I was able to call and text her days and even the night before the wedding, and she responded quickly.
On the big day she was such a big help I literally don’t know what I would have done without her. I got a rip in my dress and mud on my shoes and without hesitation she was there to help me fix the problems! Serge and I were definitely able to enjoy our big day without any stress thanks to Diana!!

Everything!! One of the best decisions my husband and I made, is hiring Diana as our wedding coordinator. Diana was a huge help before and during the wedding! At our meetings, she would make sure we have everything in check, even the little things that I completely forgot or didn’t think about. The day before the wedding, during the rehearsal, she made sure that people that are involved in the wedding (like bridal party, flower girls, ring boys, etc.) know where, when and how to do their part.
On our Big Day, she did such an amazing job setting everything up, coordinating with all of the vendors and guests.
Also she has one of the sweetest souls. I remember her asking if we are having anything for the ceremony exit, like guests throwing flower petals or confetti, and I told her I was thinking wax flowers and some petals, but I wasn’t sure how to ask guests to do that, so I decided to not worry about it and just not do it. Guess what?…she made it happen!!! I was so surprised!! One of the sweetest memories from our wedding. She goes and does beyond for people to feel special on their day.
